I am new to Iphone. Is it possible to use a track from my music folder as a ring tone? I have always done this with Androids in the past.

iTunes now allows us to set any song from our list as our iPhone's ringtone. It also has an option to select precise start and stop points (up to the decimal), without needing to use GrargeBand. Here is a step-by-step guide: Link
