Help please. My iphone doesn't charge through computer, doesnt connect to itunes. Camera sometimes doesn't work. Is there anything I can do?

still does not work....worked for a little while...once again its not charging but everything is working. Shouldn't it show that the phone is charging? There is no indication that the phone is charging or even connected to the computer.
Try using different cable (not apple) I have same problem ,It only works with g4you or something
