Iphone not locking on its own

So even though i have set it to automatically lock after a minute, it doesnt. Any ideas?

yes its jailbroken, and i will restart right now.

Edit: Still not locking.

Check ur mobile substrate addons in sbsettings, disable them one by one to see what the problem is. I've had this issue before and when I disable supreme prefs. phone when back to normal
