Iphone not playing through car deck

I have a 32 3gs and i have had it jailbroken for some time now. Recently i have not been able to play it through my dock connector cord thats connected to my deck. I am able to play it through aux and just to be sure i checked to see if my ipod worked with the dock connector, and it does. Any ideas would be awesome guys. i am trying to get away with not having to restore and rejailbreak.

Try another iPhone to eliminate the dock connector cord as the problem.

My JB'd iPhone plays fine thru my Clarion DXZ785USB Head Unit.
