Just got a new iPhone (my first) and when I connect it to my MacBook Pro to sync, iTunes becomes unresponsive. I have left it over night and iTunes still hasn't made any progress in "backing up iPhone". If I try and manually drop music files or do anything (even touch iTunes)....the pinwheel of death appears, iTunes won't respond and I have to force quit it. Same goes when I have to slide to disconnect on my iPhone. Anyone else having these issues? I've restarted, updated itunes...everything I know of. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
