iphone not transfering purchases

Hi, my iPhone will not transfer purchases from the app store. This wouldn't be a problem if one of the apps wasn't Netshare. If I restore the phone and copy from a backup, will Netshare be there? Or does Netshare need to be on the computer to be copied onto the phone? Is there any other way of getting the app onto my computer?

You can't get Netshare on your Computer then, until it's back in the app store.

did a restore from backup and netshare was there. On first sync the iPhone transfered netshare to the iMac. The iPhone backup must have had netshare in it even though it didn't show up in iTunes.
So that's ok then.
