iPhone OS 2.2 users

The CNN money application appears to be throwing display errors for OS 2.2 iPhone users. Could someone here just download the app right quick (it's free) and check to make sure this is not simply an occurrence on our phone?

There should be a banner ad for Think or Swim on the top and bottom of the News tab. Confirm for me? If it's bugged, it will likely appear blank.

Why not update to 3.0?
2.2 will be obsolete in the near future when apps start to require the latest firmware.

Im sure the app was updated earlier this week for os3.0 I can't remember though but I'm sure it was in my update list. So backwards compatabilty would have been the last thing on there list fella.
