iphone OS beta 4.0? What Do I get.

Hey everyone I'm thinking about being a Developer and have played around in 3.1.2 (SDK) and if I get the new beta OS for my second gen ipod touch what do I get?
 
Its under NDA :) so the only information you can get is from the keynote.

As you have a second generation iPod Touch, the answer is not much.
