iPhone OS4: Multitasking & Streaming?

Hey it seems that the multitasking feature is basically pausing the apps when running in the background until you switch back again?

What about apps like Last.fm/ Pandora, will you be able to stream the music in the background?

Please tell me it will be possible, because that's one of the main reasons why i want multitasking.
