Other iPhone over WiFi without cable on iTunes

I would connect a USB cable first but this is a old pc where the USB ports do not work :(

Is this possible in anyway to do over Wifi on the same network without first connecting the iPhone to the pc ?
 
iTunes first will need to know the iPhone actually supports the required features. I don't think there is a way to enable wireless sync without plugging into computers first.
