iphone pass code?

i found a 1st gen. iphone today in my locker room at school it is really bashed up but still useable when i connect to itunes i get this message

and when i power on iphone this screen comes up

and when its on i get this screen

what should i do unlock and jailbreak?

Have you thought of MAYBE trying to find the owner of the phone?? Or just jailbreak it, and make it your own.

please do whats right and try to find the owner. if you are able to see his contacts, try calling one and find out whose phone it is


you know that person is looking for his phone and to just take it is wrong.

Do this.
You should put up posters or contact the principal/headmaster and tell them what you found. Then ask people who come forward what that screen says for verification.
