Hey all,
I have a first gen 8 gb iPhone, which I love. However I have run into one bug which drives me nuts. I take it running on the treadmill with me, and sometimes rather than wear an armband, I place my iphone in the cupholder of the treadmill (it is enclosed in the Marware Sportsuit to protect from nicks, bumps, etc.

It seems like 3 out of 4 times, after anywhere from 25-35 minutes of running, the iPhone will start randomly pausing the music that I am listening to. Then it will resume playback only to pause randomly again. It does this at completely unpredictable intervals. Anybody experience the same issue? The only thing I could think of is that it seems kind of like a skipping cd, although I figured since iPhone is flash based, it wouldnt have that issue. The iPhone is not bouncing around in the cupholder or anything like that, only a mild vibration from the treadmill... thoughts?

EDIT: It seems like other people think it might be related to the iPhone headphones pause/mouthpiece.

Yeah, I'm using the standard iPhone headphones that came with it.
