Resolved Iphone payment

I tried to buy an Iphone 6 in apple store. My purchase was not approved by Visa, but my limit was locked by apple store. Since november 5 I am trying to contact Apple in order to get my limit free but with no success.

Read up on "authorization hold". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Authorization_hold

It'll fall off by itself in a matter of time, check with your bank (or whoever issued your card) for specifics since it's your bank that has that hold in place not Apple. For this same reason, you'll have a better chance of getting it sorted out early by calling your bank not Apple.
