Inconclusive from just one device tested and it was based on an 4 year old model iPhone 6. This test was conducted without taking other factors into consideration such as degraded battery resulted in throttling or indexing or iCloud resyncing after an update.

What if you did OTA update to the latest firmware that render your device stuck on the boot logo? Would you automatically assume it’s the worst update ever? Is it possible your device was just unlucky? How many iPhones experience such situation?

I believe we can’t generalized one instance to majority iPhone will result in this situation.

No performance deficit on macOS (10.13.2) or iOS (11.2.2) that I can see. Consistent with prior numbers.

(also boy does the CPU in the X slay!)

I haven’t seen much of a difference between Geekbench scores between 11.2 and 11.2.2 and it honestly feels more fluid/faster. My multicore score went down around 1% and the single core score went up by a negligible amount

Although a couple points lower which I consider to be margin of error no change with my iPhone 6S.
