Anyone had noticed this issue thats happening from ios 11.3 beta 3-6?

I experienced this issue since beta 3, is there anything I can do about this? Or do I have to wait for the next beta release and hope for Apple to fix it?

Did you OTA update? Sometimes, there's a little quirk from OTA. Possibly update using iTunes by downloading the full IPSW or wait for public release which should be coming soon.

Yup, I've Ota update, I'm on the public beta program. I don't think there's ipsw available for public beta program
