Iphone Photos app Crash (help)

I have a problem: The Photo and Camera App crashes right after I open them.

The problem started when I wanted to remove some of the stock apps I never use, such as the stocks and weather app. When I got to the Camera app I made a backup and removed the folder..

After respringing the phone... the Camera app AND the Photos app was gone... I guess they are linked or something so I copy the backup into the iphone in it's place after sshing again.

After respringing again the Photos and Camera app is back BUT they crash right after I open them.

What happened here? and How can I fix it.. I really want to avoid restoring just for this.

you deleted folders from iphone directory? restore it and use poof to hide app you don't use.

I'm not looking for a restore solution, the apps are there again but they crash during opening.

Any other solutions available?

whoever replies next don't bother saying restore unless that's the ONLY solution.
