Hi,

So recently ive been trying to look at some of my older photos on my iPhone and for some reason they are all blurry, some not all, it seems to be random. This little icon that looks like a loading icon get 1/4 full when it stops and then just turns into a "!" sign leaving the photo blurry. Whats even stranger is that the same photo on icloud.com looks just fine, no blurryness.

Another thing is that any of these photos that have this weird icon and are blurry, dont get added to my onedrive camera upload so they dont get synced there either.

The attached photo shows the little icon, this appears on all the photos that are blurry and only gets one quarter full.

I have tried changing from full sized photos and iphone optimised photos but this made no difference. Restoring didnt help either.

Another strange thing is that my phone lists 738 photos and 28 videos, but also says that it has 730 photos to upload, where as icloud.com lists 856 photos

tldr;some of the photos on my iphone itself are blurry and ive no clue why, anyone know?

It sounds like these photos aren't on your phone and are perhaps in the cloud and are being loaded but aren't fully loading and thus are not fully clear.

But why doesn't the photo ever load? It just stays at like that even though I have 4g which should be able to load it in seconds
