iPhone pics TO windows pc?

How exactly can I transfer all of the pictures I've taken on my iPhone to my windows PC? I setup the pictures tab on iTunes with a directory, and it loads a bunch of folders during sync but no pictures.

How can I grab the pictures off the phone without having to email them to myself?

Go to My Computer, Apple Iphone, Open all folders.....you should see them.

I can't get my pics off either. I created a folder and then selected that in iTunes and hit Sync. That made a 'iPod Photo Cache' folder with a bunch of folders labeled F00-F50. Where are the pics supposed to end up? I am very confused, please help.

Never mind, I see you have to undock and redock and use explorer like you would a USB drive. Kind of not what I was expecting with an iTunes Sync function available.

Ah, it shows up as an actual camera device. I suspect iPhoto will be the next app to make it to Windows.
