Is this possible? it'd be cool to be able to stream songs wirelessly from my iPhone to my speakers.....any ideas?

you CAN.....

they do have wireless audio or even video streaming devices out there, and you can just plug your iPhones audio out into it... I can't think of anything more high tech than that though, it's just using a high quality analog signal.

not that i know of, but its do-able. Airport express uses bonjour to advertise its ability to play sounds over speakers. iPhone has bonjour (once its hacked) so in theory someone could write an app to play over the network. I would love for AirTunes and :apple:TV support.

Oh Wait!

OOOH, I JUST THOUGHT OF A WAY! BUT YOU'LL HAVE TOI HACK YOUR IPHONE. have your mac connected to your speakers, Install FTP on your iPhone, wirelessly connect to it from the finder, navigate to the folder that contains the audio files, doubleclick on one, START GROOVIN'

It would be great if the iPhone could become that magical remote interface to stream and all the rest, like a gloria bridge to your Mac and your airport etc. And by the way and of topic (sorry) iGet mobile is brilliant!

drat, i was really hoping to blow some people away at parties. but I dont wanna hack :(
its something apple could probably activate with a software update though.
