iPhone Pre-Order with Early Upgrade

Hey guys. I'm going to pre-order my iPhone 4 on the 15th. My upgrade is in June 2011 so I'm paying the early upgrade pricing. I suppose I will still be able to pre-order with an early upgrade. Has anyone pre-ordered with an early upgrade in the past? If so, is it complicated? What's the procedure? Thanks.

My assumption is that it will be exactly like a normal upgrade, with your CC being billed more. That was the process for early-upgrades in store, so I don't see why it would be different.
