Hello all,

I preordered an iPhone XS Max when it first went on sale. I have not received a charge from Apple which, I believe, is normal, as they usually charge you closer to the official launch date. I paid through Apple Pay on my MacBook Pro which was connected to my debit card. Today, I received and activated a new debit card that replaced the previous one that I used to purchase the iPhone. The new debit card has the same card number but the expiration date and CVV number are different. How will this affect my order since I believe Apple will not be able to charge my old card? Will my order be cancelled? I cannot change the payment method on the order page. I'm also picking it up in store, so will they be able to charge the new debit card or does it have to be the one originally tied to the purchase?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

For the Apple Watch 1 I used Apple Pay then I had to restore my phone before my payment processed which wiped my cards. I called customer service and was able to update the payment method in a minute, and I didn’t lose my spot or anything.
