iPhone Remote and YouTube on Apple TV

I am sorry if this has been answered before. I've searched the Forum and didn't see it. Can anyone tell me how you can search on YouTube using the iPhone Remote App on the TV? I paired my iPhone with TV and can control the playlists, Movies, TV shows, Podcasts, etc., but I don't see an entry for YouTube on the Remote App. TIA.

go to the search screen in your apple TV, and provided that the "Remote" app is running in your iphone it should automatically show you a keyboard.

YouTube and searching Apple TV from iPhone

I figured out that the keyboard comes up when on a search page but how do you navigate to menus from the iPhone Remote app? I can't figure out how to get to the main menu or navigate around anything other than what is already in my itunes library or stored on the Apple Tv such as Mobile Me galleries, YouTube, photos, etc.
