Hey everyone, my phone is been giving me some minor problems. I've got a JB 3.0 3GS. I'm thinking about getting a warranty replacement on it. Does anyone know what firmware is loaded on the replacements? Have they been updating them to 3.1? Obviously, I'd probably hold out if so since I'd rather have a JB/unlock. Thanks!
