Hi,

I have been having some unusual issues with my iPhone lately which is an iPhone 12mini and unrooted.

My iPhone in the analytics menu is intermittently requesting to start diagnostics with an apple support technician that I haven’t requested.

Apple support advised there were no logs of the event and I can keep triggering the option by performing certain actions.

I have had slow speeds and random things like two wallets appearing in my settings. I took screenshots and screen recordings of the actions that trigger the above.

Wondering if I have sophisticated malware or just some functions bugging out. I understand the apps are sandboxed but did install iVerify to scan which led to nothing being found.

Also locked out of my iCloud account after changing password and once reset often will have to enter the correct password twice for the same login action to then work.

Thanks

Never ever get complacent with virus and malware scanners, not a single one of them is 100% perfect, they all miss stuff. If it were me, I would do a complete back to factory restore from itunes. I would not do any type of back up because what ever is affecting the phone would be saved in the backup.

Thanks for your replies.

Would it be from the App Store or is it possible it’s more targeted hacking from a 3rd party?

In my logs there are a lot about NFCACD, NFCD, BLUETOOL, BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH MODULE SERVICE, WIFICLOUDSYNC and different WIFI ones etc. Would they appear in jet sam, stacks and daily usage even if not used?

I also did a full erase on my iPhone about four times in a row and I’ve just noticed my wallet is still showing my cards in it. Everything else was erased and it appeared to do a full reset apart from that. I haven’t logged into iCloud with any accounts associated with those cards.

Cheers
