iPhone Restore Error (-36) Please please help

Hey,

I upgraded to 2.0 earlier tonight and everytime my phone tries to restore to the last restore point i get "An error occurred while restoring iPhone (-36)"

Please help me guys, any ideas? My phone won't restore!

Yeah, same problem here. I have the second-generation iPhone, and although I upgraded to this latest OS fine, I get the -36 error when restoring (I have no music on the phone, now).

i'm getting the same thing.. it's not letting my music go through, saying that "a file couldn't be found" or something..

was your phone a ZiPhone before the update? mine was, and i had an application that gave me 5 Dock icons instead of 4.. i forgot to change it back to 4 before updating, so i'm thinking maybe that was a factor or something.
