iPhone Return Question

Ok, so I was thinking about getting the White iPhone, but obviously that wont happen, not today. Now my question is if I have apple ship it to my home, and if within 30 days they come out with a white iPhone will I be able to swap it? I mean I may get the Black iPhone and love it to death and not worry about it, but I did like the white so I was just wondering if I can exchange or return it for it if I wanted to within 30 days of getting it?

There is a 20% restocking fee if you return or exchange it I believe.
