Hola, ok so i have about 4 dead pixels and my visual voicemail is not working anymore so i am going to pay a visit to Apple tomorrow but i wondering if they decide to give me a new one (i bought my iphone in Las Vegas, im currently in college in San Francisco) would that pose a problem cuz i kno they have digital receipts there and stuff but will i have to have my mom send the receipt or go back to Vegas or could they just do it at an Apple store here?

Unless you're withing 14 days of buying the iPhone, they may choose to send your phone in for repair, or you may get a refurb.

Also, the lack of a receipt shouldn't pose a problem, they should be able to look up the purchase date by serial number.

The lack of Visual Voicemail probably has nothing to do with the phone, so even after your iPhone is replaced or repaired, you will probably need to call AT&T customer service to fix the voicemail. There's a known bug in the billing system, and under certain circumstances it may have added a regular voicemail flag to your account, which overrides visual voicemail and causes problems.

Lastly, there's one important lesson you'll need to learn to make it in college: punctuation is your friend. :)

I returned mine after a full month for having a bubble in the glass and they gave me a brand new one, which had a bubble in the glass, so they gave me another brand new one.

This was all before they started selling refurbs, though ...
