Okay, 3 days ago I pointed a domain I have - www.junkdna.co.uk - to a new host. The host and domain register are in the US and I'm in the UK

A few hours later the holding page starts showing up when I view from my MBP -fine.

But my iPhone says 'safari can not find the server'. To begin with I thought that must just be waiting for the address to propagate, but three days later I get the same error msg on iPhone.

I've tried reseting network settings and clearing the cache etc, but no joy.

any ideas ?

Matthew

Are you getting this result viewing it over the same Wifi connection as your MBP?

No. I was using the MBP at a friends place, and the iPhone was on 3G

currently don't have net access at home (don't ask!) other than by tethering my iPhone
