I own launch day iPhone 8. Replaced battery and screen about 1 year ago.
not original battery.
I now noticed the screen is a bit raised up, is it a sign of faulty battery or not necessarily?
Battery health says 93%

Most likely the battery has swollen. I would take precautions to avoid any accident happening. I guess the biggest fear is fire as a result of the swollen battery.

If you changed it and it wasn't raised after you did…but now it is…and you haven't dropped it at some point…it seems like the only explanation would be swollen battery. Nothing else in there is going to swell.

I dropped it few times but I’m using a case. So I’m not sure.
Also there are like striped on the screen when it’s white, like shaded strips
