When I plugged my phone to sync and upload the new software of windows outlook to my phone... the phone prompted me to update to the 3.1 version. I went through the process and it said it had a error # 6 and went to restore. It restored and now my screen is black with the apple and a download bar.. which is only 1/3 complete. Now my phone is locked & frozen. It won't even turn off and not even accepting calls in. What to do????

Restored process complete but itunes has been taking taking too long to sync
Powered it down and restored. The phone went through the restore process but now it's taking more than 5 minutes sync my calender. It usually doesn't take this long....
