iPhone screen replacement apple store

Hello,

my iPhone 6s Plus screen shattered today the touch screen works perfectly but there was yellow stains on the bottom maybe the glue? idk

anyways,

does anybody know in the apple store since its $149 to get it fix if they only do the glass replacement on the phone or the whole frame assembly is replaced? obviously the camera and the touch id will not be replaced.

The touch sensor and the screen are usually replaced together.

At Apple store, they won't do the glass only repair to your 6S+, the whole display assembly will be replaced.

If you want to replace the glass only, you maybe take it to the third repair parts

They replace the entire display assembly...front camera, earphone, home button...

If you choose a third party make sure they KEEP your existing home button when they replace the screen because if they put a new home button in it will NOT work with Touch ID and it can also brick the phone if you update the software. Apple is the only place that can put a new home button in and make it work with the phone as normal.
