The screenshot is not blurry. The same issue happened with me on 1.1.4: it takes time for the phone to 'render' the image: it's very beautiful resolution. E.G. email it and you'll see it's not blurry.

Sometimes it takes 5 seconds to render the image, sometimes 20...
