iPhone iPhone Screen Wakes Up When Using EarPods

So I noticed something strange on IOS 13 (it didn’t happen to me on other versions or iPhone models) after using my iPhone 11. I know there’s an EU volume limit. Everytime I reach it when I use EarPods and the screen is off, the screen wakes up. But now even when I change/skip a song or when it skips by itself without me pressing anything anywhere, the screen turns on. So if theres 10 songs on my playlist, the screen will wake 10 times when the skips to the next one without me even touching the screen or the EarPods buttons. That only happens while using EarPods and only on Yellow Band of volume. I don’t have EU limit on in settings. Can anyone confirm this? I don’t know if that’s normal or is that a bug?
