When Steve first announced the iPhone, he mentioned the iPhone screen only being sensitive to skin. Anyone tested this out?
if you have a very thin cloth (like the one that comes with the iPhone) you can make things happen on the screen without actually touching it.
edit: but you have to have your finger behind it...the cloth alone doesn't seem to make anything happen.
Using the iPhone in the winter with gloves is going to be interesting...![]()
I'm thinking that if the cloth works with your finger behind it, those thin winter gloves will be okay. The thicker ones obviously won't work, but who's actually going to try and maneuver around the iPhone interface with those on?
