Sometimes my iPhone SE 2020 can be just laying on a flat surface and out of nowhere the screen will illuminate itself and display the “silent mode on” when it was already on. And I can flex the toggle a bit without actually flicking it over to unmute, and it will keep registering as me flicking back and forth back and forth even though I never moved the button totally over or with any real pressure.

But the screen illuminating itself thing is really weird to me and happens regularly. But not in any way that I’d ever be able to really prove anything to Apple, do you think they’d do anything?

This is an annoying problem because I’ve activated the camera by being in my pocket since the screen turns on to display the “silent mode on” message, then somehow the camera activates and then my battery drains and I’m completely unaware.
