iPhone se (2020) to a new iPhone (11, XR, 12 Mini)

Hi! I have been using the Apple family of products (iPhone, Mac, AirPods, etc) for my entire life, and this year I wanted to upgrade my iPhone se 2020 which I got on launch day, due to it being quite buggy, and having a lackluster battery and screen. I was not planning on getting the most expensive phones, since I con't afford them, so I always look at the older ones. So... if I have an iPhone SE (2020) should I get the iPhone XR, 11, or wait and save up for the 12, and what are the pros and cons of each one. Thanks!

BTW, I'm would be buying the base 64 GB model, and do make YouTube videos, and sometimes use my phone as a second camera.

Better save some money and get the 128GB 11/XR imo, 64GB devices will be like 16GB quite soon. If you need the camera, try to get 11 pro second hand.
