iPhone SE (2016) iPhone SE 2600MHz/Unlocked, help

I'm looking to buy a iPhone SE of 32 or 128 unlocked with the bands 2600MHz, how can find it? I mean there's 32 or 128gb iphone se with that band: 2600MHz ???

I need know before go to ebay to search it, you know a lot of ebay sellers lie about everything, so I need be sure that works with 2600MHz.

2600 MHz is essentially band 38 which SE does support (Model A1723).
