The iPhone Upgrade Program has an interesting piece in its Terms and Conditions that may suggest the release date of the iPhone SE.
"Early Upgrade Option. At any time six (6) months after the date of enrollment, you can become upgrade eligible by making advance payments so that you have paid the equivalent of at least twelve (12) installment payments under your Installment Loan plus any taxes and fees paid at the time of enrollment."
September 25 was the release date for the 6s, exactly 6 months from the rumored release date of the SE, meaning those of us who got the 6s/6s Plus on 9/25 via the Upgrade Program may be able to do an early upgrade to the SE on 3/25.
This might even validate the rumors that the SE is, more or less, 6s in a 5s body. If the SE is included in the Upgrade Program, it will likely be updated annually and just be a few features behind the current flagship.
With all that said, are any iPhone Upgrade Program users considering this early upgrade if it indeed is available?
