I recently purchased a new iPhone SE (black, 64gb) from an iPhone 6 (16gb). While setting it up, on another Apple device, I upgraded to 50 GB of iCloud storage to make a backup, since the free 5 GB was full. I added a new credit card on the device with the account that manages storage (we use family sharing), and it worked to backup. Now the iPhone SE is stuck in some sort of loop where it will not unlock, but seems to be updating iCloud storage in the background. If I am quick, I can put in my password, and the lock icon at the top will unlock and disappear, but only for a second before returning to the "Hello" screen, never mind that I already set up the phone with details and my Apple ID, and it finished updating. What should I do?
