I bough an iphone SE from Apple online shop a week ago, and I could not get it recovered from the backups. So I set the iphone as a new one but found that there was a delay when I touch the screen. So I returned it and went to the retailer for another iphone SE.
The second one recovered from backups successfully. However, it has touch screen problems when the phone is being charged. I've recorded it by ipad:
The touch screen problem happened whenever the phone is being charged. The problem was not related to the iOS editions (I've tried it on iOS 9.3 and 9.3.2), nor related to backup file problems. I just appeared even if I set it as a new iphone.
So I went to the retailer and showed them the above condition. Then they changed a new iphone SE for me.
However, the 3rd iphone SE behaves just the same!
I visited the Apple Repair Center several times but they told me that my iphone SE 2 and 3 were totally normal!!!
Do you have the same problems?
