Hi guys, I the iPhone SE 64GB.

On April 14, the screen started being unresponsive (here's a vid
) for a few minutes, then it would be fine. This has happened a couple of times per day since then. I rebooted it and the touch screen would still be unresponsive a few hours later.

Today (April 18), I went to the Apple Store and they gave me a new iPhone. However a couple of hours later, the same problem arose again on the new phone.

I'm not exactly sure what's going on - have I been unlucky and received 2 defective phones in a row? Is there something in my apps that's causing this?

Is it the same when it's not plugged in (and hasn't been plugged in before even for a new phone)?

Yes it still lags even when it's not plugged in.

For the new one, I did charge it before it started being unresponsive.
