iPhone Shipments Arriving!!!

What state and what is the population in the town that they arrived in.

BTW: that is not a 4:1 ratio of 8gigs to 4 gigs.

Not sure. The thread only said that the shipment came FROM Illinois.

I noticed that about the ratio as well. Not sure what to make of that.
 
If you keep reading the thread, someone says it's in a mall in the Philly suburbs.
 
I beleive (as I read it) that ratio was for shipments to the Apple Store. But my memory could be off, and I am too lazy to go look it up.

That ratio worries me.

I can't believe 45% of initial buyers are going to want the 4 gig.

Worse then getting no iPhone would to get in the store and find out they only have 4 gigs left.

Yes that would suck, but I would still get the 4gig and give it to my wife after I do some reviews.
 
I think there will be more people wanting the 4 GB than we think. If you're in here, odds are you'll go 8GB, but I think a lot of people want to just pay the price of admission. Tacking on tax and signup fee, things get pushed further. Who knows...
 
Ouch...the idea of waiting in-line getting to a counter and all they have is teh 4G...ick.

I really hope that doesn't happen to any of us.
