iPhone 14 Pro Max iPhone Shortcuts Syncing Issue

This is a bit of a weird one…

When I add a shortcut in the iPhone app the shortcut appears on all of my other devices, however, when I delete the shortcut on my iPhone it remains on my other devices.

If I create a shortcut on my other devices it appears on my iPhone and if I delete the shortcut from my other devices that also reflects on my iPhone.

It’s a weird syncing issue, any suggestions.
