thinking of getting a iphone and unlocking it, but i need to know a few things...

what do i do about the edge? because my 02 contract doesnt have the unlimited data plan like the 02 iphone contract has, what do i need to do to get round that so i dont get a massive bill?
ive been told the databolt-on 02 do, wont cover that, so can you setup the iphone to use the gps or wap or what ever your normal phone connects too?

picture messages, whats the way round that?

if you have 02 why wont you just upgrade your bill? There is no mms, hackers have a made a program where you can only send and thats it, theres only edge on the phone and wifi if you dont want to run up a bill then use wifi its faster any way. If your really dont want to upgrade the contract then there is some hackery involved to do it but besides that Im not sure.

As far as I know, GPS on iphone is still very hard for ordinary people, althouth some hacker make it. Apple is planning to sell iPhone's GPS module next year, they just wont let a cent escape from their palms....

wap is supported, and it wont cause mass of data, but when you can access internet via wifi, why use old wap?

picture message problem is still a bleeding wound on iphone's perfect body, maybe it count on iPhone's new firmware more likely than hackers did.

yeah i would only use the wifi, would be pointless using something slower if you have access to wifi at the time.

hmmm, so no way round the edge thing?

so if i was to send picture messages and receive them i would need to use the email on it? and get people to send to the email address on my phone?

So far, reveiving picture mails via email seems to be the only way, and there are some push mail providers there, iphone users can use email instead of picture sessages, makes us became blackberry users.

maybe we the iphoners all go to apple's website and complaining about the MMS problem, for the democratic sake they will finally add the function.:D:D:D:D:D
