I just changed my iPhone battery. I charged the phone. I put the phone on the charger and it was at 24% and it did not increase. I removed the charger and added it again. Battery percentage increased from 24% to more.

What is the problem from my iPhone?

now i see it

Any number of things. Once you open up the phone, lots of bad things can happen.
An Apple technician once told me that removing the screen always entails risk (even for them). He said it’s like open heart surgery. Bad things can and do happen.
While some fixit companies may sell tools to attempt a battery replacement, it’s —always — a risky undertaking to actually do it. Especially for the inexperienced.
