I have an iphone SE. I have a sim card from Mexico that I use in Mexico. I will be heading back to the US and will most likely buy a new iphone. It might be iphone 6 or 7 but definitely not anything later because I don't want to spend lot of money on an iphone.

But if i get the iphone, i could just take out the nano sim card from the iphone SE and put it into the iphone 6 or 7 and use it just like that... is that correct? I ask this because i previously used an iphone 4s. The sim card that i had was micro sim. So I wanted to keep my same Mexican cell number. But in order to do this, i had to go to a telcel place... and actually provide them proof that this was my number. Thus i wanted to use iphone SE and keep the same number. They allowed me to do this after me going there etc.

I would like to use the new iphone i buy in the US whether its a 6 or 7 in Mexico. But I could just take out sim card from iphone SE and put it in iphone 6 or 7 and thats all correct?
