How do you get it out?

Im gently pushing a staple in the hole but nothing is happening?!?!

Push harder - it eventually pops up.

I use a paperclip, and "poof" it pops out. Be careful though, b/c it jumps out!

Take it back to the Apple Store (or wherever you bought it) and get them to do it. At least then if it breaks it's their fault!

Lol, I don't fancy a 2 hour drive to London
