Hi,

Does anyone know how to trigger the Siri shortcuts which I have on my phone using Homepod? Not scenes in Homekit. It say's on Apple website that it can be done:

"You can run any shortcut that you have by asking Siri on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple Watch or HomePod. Just say "Hey Siri," then the name of the shortcut."

But I can't seem to run the shortcuts via command on the Homepod.

Do I need to turn on the multiuser on Homepod for this to work?

Cheers

Mine are working fine so I’ll start with the obvious. Are you speaking the correct Siri command you set up in the Shortcut?

Hi, my Siri Shortcuts aren't working when I say "Hey Siri, ..." on my HomePod Mini (14.3), so I was wondering what you mean when you wrote "Found the error, I need to enable Multi User for personal requests" - I can't find any such setting...

Thanks, Tim

Don't worry about my previous message, I've sorted it - turns out it was because I'd added another iCloud account (one I use for shared contacts and notes) to my Home using a spare iPhone, and Siri was also associated with my voice on that phone. When I removed that account from the Home app normal service was resumed... Phew, it was driving me mad!
