CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME?

my iphones power/sleep button is stuck inside so i can't put it into dfu mode or anything, and it used to be unlocked when it was fw 1.0.2, but now its 2.0.1 so i'm stuck on the "slide for emergency" place. If i unplug the charger, then it will just turn off, on then off, then on forever, unless i reconnect it to the charger.

PLEASE CAN SOME1 HELP ME.!?.!?

iS THERE ANY WAY THAT I CAN JUST TAKE THE BUTTON OUT OR SOMETHING?

You are going to have to take it down to Apple to get this fixed and hope it is still in warranty. If you got it on launch day or anytime in the two months thereafter, it won't be and you'll be up a creek without a paddle. Out of curiosity, how did you manage to jam it in the case? Push way too hard? Drop it? If it's any of the above, it won't be covered by the basic, generic warranty, as those aren't hardware failures.

I droped it a few times so every time i press it, it goes in without me knowing. i got outside of the us, i got it with no warranty, is there any other way. Is there a shop that fixes iphones in new york.
