Other iPhone spontaneously dialing.

I thought it was me for the lonest time, but my iPhone 12 and to an extent my family's iPhone's butt dial people. The latest incidient confirmed that it's not me. I called my wife, using siri, and hands free in my truck. I ended the call, but she didn't hang up, so I hit the red cancel (or what ever its called) on the truck's car play screen to end the call. Not 1 second later the phone was dialing a random number in my contacts. This isn't a carplay thing, because more often then not, its when I'm holding the phone or putting it in my pocket.

My wife, and daughters run into similar issues, and I'm now convinced this is bug/issue or whatever for the iPhone. It intermittently, and randomly starts calling.
